Superconducting magnets on Magnetically Levitated Vehicle are vibrated to 308 Hz by the electromagnetic disturbance which occurs during the train passes over ground coils. This vibration is a reason for the heat generation of the superconducting magnets. Therefore, the decrease in the evaporation of liquid helium which is used for cooling the magnets is necessary for the stable driving. In this study, the frictional device which can measure the high-frequency friction from 100 to 300 Hz was developed. Furthermore, we will investige the influence of high-frequency friction on the evaporation of liquid helium.
