The first incidence factor of Pressure sour is persisting pressure that is continued. And, when shear force works on a skin surface in addition to pressure, producing complicated stress and pressure sore inside the living body, it has been researched in recent studies. It is mentioned as a problem that there is no clear evaluation about shear force, and that there is no prevention apparatus which consider a stress inside of a living body. Therefore, by experiment that the stress generated at the time of seating position using buttock models, we investigate about the influence that the external force affects the stress inside of the living body. And we examine the target value of shear force which considers the stress inside of the living body, and propose the optimal pressure sore prevention apparatus.
