The electroraobiles and the fuel cell electric vehicles have been paid attention from environmental issue, such as global warming. In this report, the designing and manufacturing activity using small-sized electric vehicles is described. As well as the design, the manufacturing aspect is also considered to be of great importance for mechanical engineers, especially for a hand-made small-sized electric automobile. The vehicle is required to be suitably gentle for elderly drivers, and is the revised one from the vehicle made last year. This research aims at establishing the technology of the small electromobile for short distance transport.
