The skill which it is highly skillful in is indispensable to high added value and high precision of the technology. But hollowing out of industry and skill technician's aging, and lack of an heir caused a serious problem to the skill tradition. Then it paid attention to the distance learning for help of the skill traditional problem. The distance learning has the characteristics which can provide education for more talents beyond the time and the place. In this paper, it proposed the remote skill tradition system corresponding to the knowledge conversion process of the knowledge management as a method of skill tradition between remote places, and it constructed it.
