We propose the distributed local positioning system utilizing bluetooth which is able to get information about some people's position in a wide area. It is efficient for promotion of production and cost-cutting in some shipyards and now its demand is increasing rapidly. Local positioning system utilizing bluetooth which is studied until now is able to measure some people's position in only 10 square meter area and is not enough for requested specifications. We developed local positioning network system which is controlled from its every nodes. In evaluation experiment we obtained expansion of measurement area and about 1.5 meter of location accuracy.
