Abstract
Motion accuracy of machining center gives big effect to work accuracy. A measurement of motion accuracy is necessary for improvement of work accuracy. As for motion accuracy measurement, circular motion test method is typical. It is highly precise, and this technique can establish control parameter of equipment. It is difficult from limitation of motion course however to do measurement evaluation of linear-motion. The motion used for measurement evaluation of linear-motion had ISO230-6 with reference. In this study, error factor of linear-motion is prescribed in straightness/squareness/position error, and evaluation to same time 3 axis motions is done with an aim. In this report, it is reported about control set motion course and evaluation result about straightness of linear-motion.
