Abstract

Since April 2000, we held a monthly seminar (Society for Management of Intellectual Properties ; Smips) for the purpose of personnel development and networking in the field of Intellectual Property Management. We discuss the significance of personnel development and their training methods based on various data and case examples shown at this seminar.
