Abstract

This paper covers sensing technology for the condition of forward road surface. The change of refrection powerof scanning laser rader was used at scanning road roughness of forward road in order to be connected with road roughness and coefficient of friction. At first, This experiment discusse about variation in factor of refrection power in oder to recognize road roughness particularly. At the result, refrection power relates to measurement distance and degree of the angle, and optical angle. Finally, it is concluded that method of sensing technology for the condition of forward road surface was constructed by thinking of variation in factor of refrection power.
