This paper describes effects of Mo and Nb contents and heat treatment on mechanical properties of Ni-free Ti-Nb-Mo-Al alloy. The composition of alloys used in this study are Ti-8Nb-4Mo-3Al, Ti-8Nb-(5-6)Mo-5Al and Ti-(10-12)Nb-4Mo-5Al(mol%). In order to investigate the effect of heat treatment, specimens of Ti-8Nb-5Mo-5Al were solution treated at 1173K for 1.8ks, and followed by aged at 673-973K for 3.6ks. Tensile tests were carried out at 296K. For Ti-8Nb-5Mo-5Al, the Young's modulus is low, and the superelsticity is superior. Also Young's modulus and yield stress increase in the specimen aged above 773K for 3.6ks at 296K.
