"The Barrier Free Law" was promulgated in November 1999. Many Wheelchair user would be able to use a ship as one of the public transport. But the effect of a shaking ship on wheelchair is not clear still now. The first step of this study is to make clear that the needed torque to stop the manual wheelchair while a ship is shaking. We make the simulation model and the influence of a shaking ship was cleared by using the real shaking ship's data.
