Abstract
This paper describes Tribological Characteristics of Solid lubricants by Ultraviolet irradiation. Today, the solid lubricant is used in various places. For example, in vacuum environment that oil evaporates. And it attracts attention as maintenance free lubrication law. In this study, I investigate tribological characteristics when it irradiated ultraviolet rays in the atmosphere. I used the pin on disk abrasion testing machine for it. Pin and disk are made of stainless steel (SUS304). The surface of disk is coated with Molybdenum disulfide.
