The heat exchange paint have the superior characteristics for preventing the heat island effect. However the mechanism of temperature restraint and the characteristic of heat conduction have not been solved yet. Therefore thermal conductivity, heat flux and temperature of heat exchange paint were measured in this study. From the results of experiments, the heat exchange paint have lower thermal conductivity comparing with that of the conventional paint.
