Air conditioning and hot water supply system that shows high efficiency is highly expected. In this paper, a new developed heat pump system that is able to use for both chilled water and heated water, especially 90℃ at the same time is introduced. Compressor, heat exchanger performance and refrigeration cycle were improved and refrigerant mixture was adopted to the system. In the result, the heat recovery COP achieved 4.5. Therefore the energy consumption and carbon-dioxide emission are dramatically reduced.
