We had already reported estimation method of gear mesh excitation wave form with vibration measurement results to utilize for quality check of manufactured gear system. But it remains an unknown quantity and the exact mesh excitation wave form can't be estimated. In this paper, we propose improved estimation method which supplements frequency response function under low speed range with simulation and it makes possible to give the origine of phase. Proposed estimation method is applied for single stage parallel shaft helical gear reducer.
