Abstract

In the course of study for technical high school's machine department, the screw is treated in the subject such as machine design, machine craft, machine practice, machine drawing, etc. In these subjects, technical high school students learn the basic knowledge and skill about the screw. This paper analyzed an educational position and teching method of screw. These analysis revealed that the textbook approved by the Ministry of Education has hardly treated about a heading and rolling process of screw. This paper also described these educational practices and educational meanings ofthe factory tour.
