Abstract
The industrial diamond was processed by a YAG Laser (wave length 266nm) and 5 axis stage controlled by PC. Using 5 axis controlling, we can made specimen of solid form. At first that We made tool solid in polyimide. We will make a presentation of the system and it's processing.
