Abstract
The Japanese Safety Concept S is being stale historically in Japan because of religious reason such as Buddhists' abandonment. As a progressed industrial country, this kind of comparable inferiority is big problems in daily economic activities. This inferiority appears in passive attitude during negotiations with clients. Japan should urgently establish her own concept of safety which is apart from Buddhists' abandonment. The discussions on the concept and educations may be the ways to do so.
