This paper discusses the emotion of human-friendly robot from the viewpoint of perceiving-acting cycle. We aim that a robot behaves as if it had heart and emotion by taking behaviors based on the perceiving-acting cycle. In this paper, we focus on the internal model of the robot, and discuss the relation between perceiving and action.
