Abstract
DENSO E&TS Training Center has provided new DENSO engineers "Practical training for Mechatronics Product Development" to experience hand-on training of product development : planning, design, manufacture, and evaluation. The objectives of the training were to enhance creativity and encourage more self-activity and team building. The trainees were required to submit report and outcome of their effort. The new engineers learned the importance of communication and basic elements of the product development through the training.
