Abstract
This paper presents a novel spiral type core (Cho-chin Poki-Poki core) manufacturing technology that provides high productivity. The purpose of this development is to reduce the burden of operations in motor core fabrication, such as the removal of cores from the press machine, coating the insulation layer, and transportation of motor parts and positioning parts to production machines. Using this technology, the stator's manufacturing cost is reduced by one half
