Abstract
Bone has a self adaptive function responding to mechanical stimuli. Our research on the remodeling experiment of the rat hind limb bone showed that the bone has adaptive function depending on strain magnitude and loading history. We investigate on adaptive bone formation by canying out both experiments, measuring strain on tibia and observing bone formation, under various load condition. It is suggested that great strain is distributed at fibla by axial loading test in experiment and numerical analysis.
