Abstract
The digital image correlation method can measure the strain in the vibration and strength testing of the structure. In general, the strain measurement with digital image correlation is performed by applying a "random pattern" on the specimen as a target. However, when the strain of the specimen is increased, the collapses of the pattern occur and the strain measurement may be unsuccessful. In the load examination that a strain has more than several percent, there are a few measurement cases with the digital image correlation method. In this research, the technique of the digital image correlation using a "marker of shape" instead of "random pattern" was developed. The strain measurement with proposal technique for the static loading test of CLT(Cross Laminated Timber) panels was carried out successfully, and it was proved that this technique was effective technique.
