Abstract
In this study, event description, root cause analysis and corrective action of fatigue failure of piping weld were reviewed using domestic nuclear information archives (NUCIA) and the Press Releases of each electric power company. For the application of Risk Informed In-Service Inspection (RI-ISI), fatigue mode of field experience in the weldment of nuclear power plant components was analyzed.
