Abstract

In recent years, the demand for drones has increased. CFRP is applied to structures that require weight reduction, such as drones. Since it has been reported that CFRP has many design factors to be considered in designing and that strength is related to the shape, it is necessary to determine the design factors from the results of multi-scale analysis. Therefore, in order to maximize the set performance while satisfying the design requirements of the structure (this time, avoiding vibration due to resonance, increasing rigidity, and reducing weight), the conditions for combining CFRP design factors (this time, materials). We propose a design method that combines a genetic algorithm and multi-scale analysis that optimizes the thickness and the conditions of the stacking parameters that change depending on the thickness.
