Abstract
The latest hybrid machines have both the functions of a 2-axes lathe and a 5-axes machining center, which allows it to simultaneously machine 2 processes. To maintain a stable accuracy, we used numerical analysis to calculate the changing positions of the center of gravity following the movement of the moving object. We adopted a 2-spindle, 2-turret structure, and succeeded in dramatically raising productivity. With the use of a 3D model, it is capable of machining simulation that is quite similar to the real machine
