Abstract
The objective of this research is to realize a small batch size production like customised gadgets. Agile provision of high-quality parts is an essential technology for small batch size production. Because only few repetition is expected in small batch size parts fabrication, holistic operation planning with reliability is eagerly required. A coordinative operation planning is proposed to realize integrated operation planning. The method is based on a concept of model mediated integration. In order to generate reliable plan, quality of process model is important. A comprehensive modelling of end milling process is proposed as combination of fragmental process models
