Abstract
Electricity and electronic equipment that uses the portable terminal are rapidly widespread to a general society of miniaturizing, making to high performance, and the diversification, and have evolved to making to the multifunction in recent years. Along with it, excellent AFRP printed wiring board in laser beam machining has come to be used. And the necessity of the router processing to the printed wiring board increases rapidly by an excellent aramid fiber strengthening. However, the example of the report of research concerning the router processing to the AFRP printed wiring board is very few at the present stage. Then, it paid attention to shagginess as a quality evaluation on the processing side of the exteriials router processing in the AFRP printed wiring board in this research. As a result of the experiment, it proposes a new processing method.
