Abstract
In additive manufacturing process, when the consolidation condition of metal powder is not suitable, the squeezing blade for depositing the metal powder strikes to the consolidated structure due to the decrease of surface quality on the consolidated structure. In this study, the surface of consolidated structure is evaluated by the acceleration measurement during additive manufacturing process. As a result, the output waveform of the acceleration was found to be correlated with the surface properties of consolidated structure.
