In this paper we presents the new possibilities to transfer information using sheet-type electro-tactile displays with micro needle electrodes. This device is designed wearable and can be easily attached to the body. The micro-needle electrodes that penetrates through the stratum corneum allows to give tactile sensation with low power consumption. The fabrication process was developed, then the efficacy of the device was verified by measuring the threshold voltage to give tactile sensation. To figure out the maximum amount of information to be transferred on the forearm through the electro-tactile displays, we conducted the signal distinction test with multiple displays. We attached several displays on the forearm and gave tactile stimulation with each display. We experimentally discovered that we can attach maximum of 6 devices (three devices each on the inside and outside of the forearm).
