Until now, a lot of wearable devices which have stretchability have been developed. However, the devices have stretchability only in a sensor part, not circuit part or entire device. In this study, stretchable system which is composed of hard and soft hetero-polymer substrate and liquid metal electrodes was developed. The substrate consists of three layers, epoxy, PDMS and Eco-Flex. The electric components were mounted on the epoxy substrate, which prevent the deformation of a circuit. The circuit based on liquid metal electrodes was constructed on the PDMS and Eco-Flex parts. We succeeded in the development of the system and demonstrated the functionality of the system in this study.
