We are now proposing new modeling method, "Functional Modeling Method". This modeling method purpose the optimal modeling method for actual development of industrial products. In this paper, the modeling of a electric actuator which is used in the door lock system of a automobile is performed. The resuts of numerical simulations using this model show the excellent results compaired with experimantal results.
