A small amount of real CFRP processing technology that used Autoclave was unsuitable for production, development in the small and medium-sized enterprise, and an educational research in the higher education organization etc. Then, the simple molding technologies of the clay molding method, the rubber molding method, and PP sheet mold were developed. In addition, the CFRP corner pipe was produced by the Bulge molding using the rubber tube of the bicycle. The CFRP production technology that uses clay and silicon rubber is developed, and those methods reduce 50%-80% cost compared with a usual molding method.
