Abstract
This paper describes a new reduction gear system where gear teeth have a pair of truncated cone; One is concave tooth and the other is convex. These convex teeth are generated on computer with simulation of the meshing condition of teeth. This procedure for gear cutting is generated by standard concave tooth. The experimental results of the efficiency and noise are worse than the inclined planetary system. Moreover, teeth of this system are destroyed. Therefore, reformed teeth were designed.
