Uncertain factors, such as emergency orders, in a manufacturing environment give a lot of disturbances to the existing schedule, and then increase performance of the production process. This paper proposes a distributed scheduling system, which can make coordination among manufacturing process, even if some unexpected events arise. In a practical research of a parts manufacturing firm in automobile industry, we develop a prototype system to apply our framework. This paper shows some idea of the distributed scheduling system and it's implementation.
