抄録
One of the major research motivations in social science is the maximisation of the total public welfare in the society. Interactions amongst decision makers with rational behaviour in the society result in the social equilibrium with robustness. In this paper we try to take a metaphor of the social science aiming at the methodology to develop intelligent artiacial systems with adaptive behaviour.
