This paper describes the welding risk computing system in consideration of different production culture for each area. Recently, production-system globalization progresses with globalization of production. That is why many unexpected problems on the globalizing system are reported. Such problems caused due to the traditional production-system not to take production culture containing human elements influence into consideration. Therefore in order to take the production culture into consideration within welding area, we develop the welding risk assessment system regarding the human elements with the pattern variable of Parsons. As a result, it succeeded in building a framework of the welding risk assessment system to judge the welded work piece security ahead of welding.
