This paper deals with a work support system to support novice workers in production, maintenance and disassembling work. In order to realize effective and corporative support, the work monitoring function that recognizes the performed work and shares work information is needed. As a prototype system, a work process recognition system using RFID sensing has been developed. ID tags are attached on each part, and the ID number is read by a reader with an antenna mounted on worker's hand. Since the RFID readable area is limited, every tag is not always read in normal operation. In this paper, a method that confirms the work process with interactive actions between the worker and the support system is considered.
