Abstract
This study deals with a decentralized scheduling method based on the recursive propagation method, which is proposed by the author, in order to construct next generation manufacturing systems. Schrage job sequence is introduced to the scheduling procedure and the performance of the schedule is improved. The proposed method is evaluated by the computer simulations to solve the Muth and Thompson's 10×10 job shop scheduling problem. It gives a better scheduling result compared with the previous proposed method.
