In upstream design, we generate a blueprint as a preparatory step in deciding on the concept of shape. This process is important in forming the whole design object. When we construct a shape image, a negotiation occurs between the linguistic world and the shape world. Our purpose is to support conceptual design by bridging natural language and shapes. First, we analyzed a linguistic data about shape. Next we proposed Linguistic Relations Model (LRM) as linguistic structural model. Then we elected Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) as shape structural presentation. Finally we matched between language and shape by statistical approach.
