Safety & security are crucial issue in every aspect of the modern society. The robot application is one of the promising solutions to achieve automated efficient monitoring. With the advancement of RFID technology robots are capable of obtaining more intelligence and more flexibility. The idea presented here is based on the collaboration between robot and intelligent RFID in order to sense and monitor target facilities, systems, and environments more accurately and widely. Preliminary experiments have been done to confirm the feasibility of the idea.
