This paper describes a plastic bending test of a steel band blade which has 42 degree center bevel edge was carried out, based on the three point bending method. In order to reveal the relationship between the camber angle of the bevel edge and the radius of curvature at the central line bent by the specified die tools, the section profile and several side views of those bent specimens were experimentally observed, and also the corresponded FEM models were investigated for the warpage of the center bevel edge.
