3202 "Visualization of KAIZEN activity" with CMS

In this paper, a new system which accelerates the cycle of KAIZEN activities is described. KAIZEN activities can be carried out with the following two visualizations. 1. Visualizing operational information from the production equipments. 2. Visualizing KAIZEN activities themselves. The first visualization is popularly implemented on IT systems. On the other hand, the second visualization hasn't been mentioned. For the second visualization, we considered three functions, i.e. discussing KAIZEN issues, progress control of each activity, reusing the know-how. The system we proposed has been implemented in our manufacturing department. We confirmed that the second visualization is effective to make the collaboration possible in manufacturing-related sections in a factory.
