Abstract
In this paper, we discuss a technique for the dynamic generation of a production plan in an autonomous production system using product agent, parts agent and assembly machine agents. A product agent and a parts agent lead the promotion of processes in this type of assembly system. In the proposed system, product agents generate the process plan that contains the assembly sequence to complete the product. Parts agents forward assembling processes in a coordinated with other parts agents. The dynamically assembling process plan is achieved by monitoring and notification the progress in each agent. Finally, we show experimental results with simply examples.
