In this paper, we propose an integrated operation and maintenance planning method for minimizing total loss in job-shop type production. For integrating operation and maintenance, we have to take two kinds of interactions into account; interactions in terms of scheduling and those caused through the facility condition. In the proposed method, operation and maintenance are scheduled considering complex scheduling constraints in job-shop type production as well as constraints induced by these interactions, by combining the mathematical programming and the heuristic optimization method. The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by applying it to a semiconductor manufacturing.
