306 Monozukuri system that solves delivery date problem and stock problem in production and sales in global simultaneously

Abstract

Enterprise that globally develops production and sales of high-mix low-volume products with large demand fluctuation cannot help corresponding with a lot of stocks to observe customer's demand delivery date. That is, the simultaneous solution to the delivery date problem and the stock problem becomes a big problem in a global competition. This paper introduces the method and the mechanism about the new monozukuri system that constructed it to solve these two problems simultaneously.
