Abstract
As emerging countries have been gaining power and the steep appreciation of the yen, Japanese enterprises are raising fears that the nation's industries may be hollowed out, and required transformation to sustain competitive advantages. Aiming for high-productivity, through our development of sensor products and production systems, which focus on high cycle, automation, and strict waste reduction, we have embodied one model of wheel speed sensor production line, which does not depend on low labor cost, and has cost-competitive in the global markers.
