Abstract
Until today, additional personnel training programs including Off-JT (Off-the-Job Training), have not been improved in skill education because of difficulty of skill succession. We therefore build a framework of effective personnel training programs for getting higher skills by visualization of expert skills. In this study, we discuss the visualizaion effect of expert skills from a viewpoint of replacement from expert skills to technology for promotion of efficiency of skill succession in machine tool industry.
