Abstract
It is necessary to enlarge the field of vision of the study as a base to the domain of the competency in a domain of the ability to raise the achievement degree of the technical tradition in manufacturing industry. Because it is it in a necessary condition in the technology tradition only by coming to have "the acquisition/training/the understanding" that the technology that you should hand down it to is the subject of the ability, but the reason is because it thinks that it is not it for a sufficient condition. However, as for the competency, as for the achievement degree evaluation of the domain sake objectivity including the behavior of the person of technical reception, it is difficult. Therefore, for example, I introduce the way of thinking of the degree of achievement and, in this study, consider evaluation standard setting method and a style based on this in such a competency domain.
