Recently, layered modeling has been widely used as one of manufacturing methods for directly shaping complicated part shapes. Among them, fused deposition modeling is very widespread because of low cost. In this method, there is a problem that distortion occurs due to thermal contraction of the molding material depending on the asymmetry of the molding shape and the stacking order, and the shape accuracy at the time of completion is deteriorated. In this paper, we propose a method that focus on the temperature distribution of the modeled object, detect the insufficiently cooled portion from the temperature distribution of the object being shaped using thermography, selective suppress the occurrence of distortion.
