Abstract

A mathematical model is developed to minimize total cost which consists of four cost factors in two-echelon supply network with product plants and retailers. Demand from retailers is assumed to be uncertain, so that robust optimization approach is applied to cope with the uncertain problem. In this paper, characteristic analysis of robust box uncertainty set is discussed.
